The Role: Chase is seeking a highly ambitious, collaborative, and driven, Digital Product Manager within the Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) product to help the transformation and modernization of our Offers ecosystem to the next level by delivering on two key fronts: one – building brand new capabilities and components within the offer generation and delivery process, and two – integration and complex coordination with several other related product areas and teams across the broader landscape. In this role, you will work within the area product team that will work deeply with key partners across the firm to understand current state architecture and platforms and where we can enhance or create net new, to ultimately reach a target state that is singular, efficient, and modernized. This will enable us to generate and deliver meaningful, relevant, and optimized offers to our customers. The real driver is to help customers receive the best offers we can provide with the utmost clarity and simplicity in pursuing an offer in their relationship with Chase. This role will be responsible for maintaining a roadmap and prioritized product backlog of both tech modernization work as well as product expansion to new lines of business, and working with several cross-functional teams and systems to deliver new and/or expanded capabilities. The ideal candidate understands the broader digital financial services landscape, with particular focus on acquisition offers and is able to drive both strategic thought and hyper tactical delivery in this space as there are multiple trains already in motion. Comprehensive understanding of product management and its specific role as the end-to-end owner is critical. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong sense of purpose and urgency in delivering a successful product, technically knowledgeable to translate into business requirements, strong interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for digital financial services. This role will specifically require a deep sense of teamwork and walls-down approach in order to succeed. No egos allowed. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and a go-getter who organically looks at processes and problems with a sleeves rolled-up mentality to collaboratively solve them with a large village of partners around them. Responsibilities

Serve as the Digital Product Manager of key areas within Offers Target State space
Partner with technology to build out needed scrum teams, build deep engagement, and then deliver high quality product
Identify ongoing needs, gaps, optimizations and future opportunities for the product and capabilities needed for effective evolution of the digital experience for our customers
Be the master of JIRA, Roadmap, Backlog, and have a passion owning the end-to-end experience in a complex area that spans across several areas within the acquisition space
Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the product roadmap
Lead execution of new features throughout agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into epics/user stories, working end-2-end testing, launch, defect management)
Engage with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align, and maintain productive partnerships throughout the lifecycle
Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features and needs, ultimately tying back to wins for both customer and the firm
Track and monitor performance, understand insights from analytics, and leverage to continually improve not only product but processes to deliver quality work
Coordination between multiple teams within the CAMP (Customer Acquisitions and Marketing Platform) space, other digital teams and XLOB to deliver large initiatives
Roll up sleeves mentality and comfort in getting deep into technological impacts

Skill Requirements

5-8+ years product management/program execution experience -including defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmaps
Strong experience working heavily with cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product
Expertise and comfortability assisting in building out a roadmap, backlog, and full end-to-end execution – overall comfort and adherence to Agility principles;
Passionate and vocal, balanced with a willingness to learn and collaborate and work across all levels and backgrounds
Strong product management chops – aka – always proactively lead the way and find solutions;
Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions;
Structured thinker, effective communicator, concise and impactful with excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to prioritize a large book of work, meetings, team dynamics, and overall delivery;
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure;
Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team;
Demonstrable experience working in financial services, retail banking, acquisition, digital products, online and mobile platforms, etc.
Experience working in JIRA and Confluence
