Job Description :
What You’ll Do:

Utilize sourcing tools such as the internet, various job boards (handshake, simplicity, other university job boards, etc.), referrals, social media, and other databases to effectively search for and attract quality candidates
Conduct initial interviews to obtain specific work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications and/or needs of applicants
Cold calling and pre-screening potential passive candidates to determine correct fit for open positions as needed
Conduct annual on-site office visits to gain understanding of the local office culture and personnel as needed
Seek out and attend in-person university engagement opportunities when appropriate
Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis to understand local office current and future hiring needs
Conduct pre-screening interviews, employee verifications, and additional pre-screening functions as determined between recruiter and hiring managers
Review open job postings across the company to best match early talent applicants with job requirements
Utilize the ATS to process, manage, and communicate with all applicants
Maintain current knowledge on OFCCP regulations and implement such in day-to-day activities
Maintain communication with recruiting team members and suggest and deliver improvements for effective recruiting strategies and best practices
Support the Internship/Co-Op Programs, including evaluation process & follow up procedures
Facilitate on or off campus interviews, perform initial resume review, and coordinate interview details with hiring managers and candidates
Collaborate with University Talent staff members and all recruiting teams to ensure all recruiting goals are met
Develop relationships with specific university careers services teams, student clubs, and other campus influencers that will offer opportunities to identify and recruit top talent from each university
Communicate with intern and co-op students to solicit feedback and address any questions
Draft and send offer letters to all candidates for assigned positions
Provide analytical reports to the University Talent Manager as requested; track and provide requested hiring metrics
Collaborate with the University Talent Manager on execution of university recruitment strategies
Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to drive the success of university recruiting
What We’re Looking For:

BS in Human Resources or equivalent field
2-4 years related experience
