Overview tsp is engaged in a direct hire search for a leading biotech company, who is committed to challenging the status quo of medicine to help people living with cognitive impairment. Our client is a patient-focused company who is passionate about forever changing how medicine is designed and delivered.
As a Sales Executive, you will lead customer-facing efforts with target healthcare providers, leading to a successful commercial launch of our client’s product. If you are an intellectually curious, highly adaptable and a motivated salesperson, this is a great opportunity to use your talents to challenge the status quo of medicine and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the world.
Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following:

Establish, grow, and retain relationships with health care providers and key influencers leading to awareness, adoption, and advocacy
Support the office in prescribing and supporting their patients with our client’s product
Analyze, develop and grow territory business, achieving sales growth in territory and delivering strong sales results
Spearhead our client’s leading-edge customer engagement model, and continue to drive optimization in customer outreach
Manage assigned territory, ensuring alignment with leadership on sales calls, and maximize allocated budget for customer facing expenses
Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure education and resources are available to address HCP customer needs
Develop deep understanding of the disease state, our client’s treatment, the marketplace and key competitors; profile and understand our customer’s business to determine how our client can best help

Job Requirements

Track record of success 5+ years in therapeutics sales, preferably with launch experience in a first in class product
2+ years’ experience in the ADHD and/or Neurology field
Experience engaging customers to understand and adopt a new product class
Experience operating under and strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sale of therapeutic products
Understanding of EMR/EHR systems
Understanding of payor and reimbursement landscape
Working knowledge of sales enablement platforms (e.g., Veeva, etc.)
Experience in virtual meeting interactions and platforms
