Job Description :
We are seeking talented individuals who will provide the leadership, vision and planning for our growing organization. You will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of customers and must possess proven operational excellence and customer success focus. This will be a player coach role and you will be expected to lead engagements (30% billable utilization) while overseeing other engagement and coaching and developing your team members. Your day to day (Responsibilities) Ensures customer outcomes are managed for all Implementations Oversees Engagement Manager(s) and Consultant(s) within Region Ensure Gold Standards are followed and adhered to, conducting Gate Checks with Engagement Managers Attends all Customer Kick Off Meetings and Steering Co Meetings Build Executive Relationships with Customers and acts as First Point of Escalation during Implementation Ensure Regional Financial Projects are updated and accurate Ensure change control process is adhered to and all out of scope activities are documented via change control Ensure internal Escalation process is acted upon early (as needed) and support Engagement Managers with managing path to Green Work with Product and Engineering teams to promote feature enhancements based on customer feedback Ensure project teams are promoting and providing guidance for customer adoption of our solutions Continuous review and improvement of methodology and best practices to improve TTV Drive productivity measurements and leverage tools for improvement Participate in Post Implementation Reviews with Implementation team (or SI), Expert Services and Service Sales to refine best practices for Scoping and Implementations and increased TTV Create a high-performance culture by fostering associate engagement, performing on-going coaching and partnering with associates on development plans & career paths. Strengthen the organization through succession planning, talent development, engagement and diversity Must haves: 10+ years of professional services, project management, or consulting Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Nice to haves: 5+ years of management experience leading large, enterprise teams Proficient in SaaS project management/implementation. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Strong executive presence and ability to manage VP/C level executives
