We are on the search for a Production Coordinator to join our in-house Creative Studio. Reporting to the Manager of Photo Production, you will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. The Creative Studio creates, designs, and produces all content that lives on our platform, including videos, photography, infographics, data visualizations, design graphics, and audio.

As a Production Coordinator, your focus will be supporting the photography and design teams, but we want you to flex your skills in other media such as video and audio. We are an integrated department, so a strong desire to learn, collaborate, and iterate on your skill set is pivotal. Members of the studio have a strong creative voice and help influence the writing, design, and production of all our content. You will have the opportunity to help shape our work and creative direction and see your work have a real-world impact.

Supports the Manager, Photo Production, and Photo Editors in sourcing, retouching, and production of all photography as requested.

Routes photos, designs, graphics, and other creative elements for review, feedback, and approval.
Works with the CMS Team to route final elements for upload into our Content Management System.

As needed, you will support the Video Team, including Producers, Editors, Animators, Audio Engineers,

and VFX Artists, to bring a project from start to finish.

Communicates with other Producers and Project Managers to communicate project status, risks, issues, and concerns.

** This is a temporary role requiring 40 hours / week, Monday – Friday, with the possibility to convert to full time employment.. **
Requirements

2-3 years of production coordination and operations experience at a creative studio,
post-production company, media company, or design firm.
Experience as a Production Coordinator in photography and design.
Nice to have — film, digital, video, social, or TV experience.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
Level-headed and positive attitude under pressure and constant change.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Experience with high-volume social, always-on, or news-driven content production.
Loves solving problems and is flexible and adaptable with changing content.
