Job summary *This position can be located in Arlington, VA, Nashville, TN, Austin, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. The Planning and Execution (PLEX) team is hiring program management leaders to deliver the future of flexible staffing strategies and high demand premium (HDP) for our North America Customer Fulfillment Network (NACF). PLEX is reinventing the way Amazon plans labor as our network continues to grow. This program manager will work with a variety of leaders across all network types to develop a plan to drive associate experience and re-think the way Amazon looks at hiring to be Earths Best Employer. The team is looking for individuals with strong analytical and dive deep skills who will earn trust with a variety of leaders across different operations and corporate teams. This is a high visibility role responsible for pioneering Amazon’s Staffing Strategies to become the Earth’s Best Employer within Production Planning. This candidate will work directly with Customer Fulfillment Sr. Leadership Teams, HR, Hamilton teams, and other high level stakeholders to align on implementation and continued support of staffing initiatives. Key Job Responsibilities: → Work with FC and regional leadership teams to understand barriers of current flexible staffing issues and take action on finding the best solution to roll out at the network level. → Build the foundation and implement innovative strategies for shift structure within Customer Fulfillment. → Deliver action plans for senior business line leaders and directors to bring integration of tools (HDP model, etc.) to labor planning processes. → Leverage central teams (i.e. Sales and Operations Planning, Central Flow, Central Learning, Production Planning Team) to drive process and operations execution improvements. → Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.

Proven expertise managing, evaluating, and quickly analyzing to create meaningful business impact.
Ability to develop strategic relationships with their business partners.
Ability to root cause issues quickly and uncover trends using data; then assist, consult with, and teach the business how decisions benefit our associates and customers.
Can make meaningful contributions with competing priorities and deliver level-headed decisions during unexpected events.
