Job Description :
ACMC has an opening for a Physician Recruiter. This position is a hybrid work location model of work from home and ACMC.

We are looking for an independent, responsible, self-motivated recruiter to engage in full cycle recruiter activities to meet enterprise goals. This position requires excellent communication/organizational skills with thoughtful attention to details while working in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Previous proven healthcare recruitment experience with high touch areas preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Partners with the Vice President on the recruitment of new physicians and advanced practice providers.
Responsible for full cycle recruitment of physician and advanced practice providers.
Assumes responsibility for creating a pipeline of physician and advanced practice provider candidates by sourcing, screening and interviewing, planning and scheduling site visits.
Coordinates or assists in planning job fairs, open houses and other special events.
Manages relationships with recruiting agencies and tracks related locum tenens expenses.
Directly manages on-boarding activities of all physicians and advanced practice providers.
Maintains recruitment logs
Attends meeting with the Vice President as necessary
Maintains CV in database file. Assists in creation of Copy for direct mailers, advertisements and brochures.
Follows-up with candidates after their site visits to determine their continued level of interest.
Manages database of staff physician contacts
Creates candidate files and updates as needed.
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum of three years relevant healthcare recruitment experience. Three additional years of recruitment experience may offset the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks while multitasking,
Ability to interact with physicians and others with high levels of education.
Ability to establish rapport with potential staff physician candidates and ascertain whether they possess the particular skills needed.
High degree of computer literacy and the ability to acquire additional skills in this area.
Knowledge of local healthcare market (Preferred)


Bachelor’s degree required.
An additional three years of recruitment experience may offset Bachelor’s Degree


Valid Driver’s License required (VDL)
