For this Position: Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to pass pre-employment screening, and valid Driver’s License OR State ID. Position is available for part-time (10-25 hours a week). Flexible on scheduling. Office is open Monday–Sunday. Must be able to work some weekends. Administrative Assistant

Description: The Administrative Assistant will assist office staff with documentation, data entry, filing, and various other forms of record keeping including management/upkeep of online record-keeping databases. Tasks can also consist of assisting in permitting processes and documentation, answering phones, updating company websites, production of Excel spreadsheets/templates, taking messages, mailing, and other tasks as assigned.

Maybe crossed trained in operations positions within the park to assist with Lunch breaks and employee call offs.

Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commercial awareness; attention to detail; ability to think strategically; and ability to adhere to the company’s existing record-keeping policies, documentation procedures, and other various processes. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as a Team Member. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills, tasks, etc. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office softwares; Word and Excel are strongly preferred. Familiarity/experience with bookkeeping software is preferred (QuickBooks Intuit), but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
