Seeking a Part Time Mental Health Worker – Reseidence
Job Summary:

Responsibility for the provision and coordination of program services to include, but not limited to; on-site services and support for consumers; communicating observations and information about consumers to appropriate staff;
Supervising, organizing and supporting consumer activities as assigned by supervisory personnel;
Transportation of consumers; verbal counseling as needed;
Crisis intervention services (but not crisis intervention counseling);
Participation in the development of Individual Recovery Plans, Participation in individual service coordination;
Documentation in progress notes of observations, information, and services provided to consumers;
Additional responsibilities after successful completion of one (1) year of continuous services.
Assures departmental goals and/or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally.

Qualifications:

BA in a Mental Health discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation or Criminal Justice)
Bachelor level degree in unrelated field must have at least one year of related work or life experience that must be able to be verified.
Experience in mental health, residential and/or partial care services desirable
Possess a valid driver?s license and must be insurable under Agency’s automobile insurable policy.
