The mission of HALO Dx is to Save Lives with Precision Diagnostics. HALO Dx has a unique approach bringing together pioneers in the fields of radiology, molecular diagnostics and software development to create unparalleled levels of services and patient outcomes. Leveraging technology and collaborating with our own medical imaging doctors and centers, we will make an impact on a personal level for each patient and their family, as well as raise the standard for improved accuracy in diagnostics.
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives reports directly to the VP, Strategic. They will work closely with the HALO Dx leadership team to drive and support strategic programs across the company. They are responsible for developing and owning end-to-end project plans and delivery roadmaps for key projects. They lead cross-functional efforts to execute against the plan and company goals, supported by KPIs and robust tracking.
The Strategic Initiatives team was founded to drive the company’s most critical strategic initiatives that range from scaling new business units to overseeing the build-out of our technology platform. This team partners directly with HALO Dx leadership to drive these projects. Each manager will drive the project plans for 2-3 critical programs across the company.
This role provides excellent growth trajectories within the team or in other HALO functions (e.g., Product, Strategy, Finance, Operations).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES

Work with HALO Dx leadership team to drive 2-3 critical initiatives – help develop financial plans and key KPIs for each project

Develop end-to-end project plans and delivery roadmaps for assigned strategic programs

Roll-out management cadence to align with appropriate stakeholders regularly to drive progress

Provide key updates to appropriate stakeholders and leadership team on progress and critical decisions needed

Use data-driven decision-making to manage each program

Track results and progress using KPIs

Work closely with leaders across all functions to gather strategic and operational input

Partner with regional leads and center operations managers to support high-impact strategic projects (e.g., new modality, new business unit, new program)

Support any / all ‘ad-hoc’/SWAT efforts

Up to 25% travel

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

BS/BA degree
2-4+years of experience in top-tier consulting / business operations / high-growth startups
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
Strong ability to execute – self-driven, ability to drive results
Comfortable navigating uncertain situations and make data-driven decisions
Strong proficiency in data manipulation, advanced Excel modelling, and the development and implementation of management processes and tools
