Job Description :
Manager, Content Marketing
Location: Salt Lake City, UT; Richardson, TX; Hoboken, NJ; Atlanta, GA; Mountain View, CA (Office based, hybrid work schedule)
Responsible for projects with defined scopes and first level leadership of marketing activities, which may include demand generation, corporate communications, product marketing, channel marketing and/or marketing operations. As a Manager, Content Marketing, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

Responsible for projects with defined scopes and first level leadership of marketing activities, which may include demand generation, corporate communications, product marketing, channel marketing and/or marketing operations.
Coordinates and leads regular team activities. May spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise
Typically manages 6-15 direct reports. Supervises the work of individual contributors while assisting with management decisions and activities.
Responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals and pay reviews.
Established targets to attain functional objectives
Minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
Ability to structure and organize for the accomplishment of required results and can collaborate with managers and reconcile, integrate competing interests
Provides solutions to issues utilizing judgment
Ability to effectively utilize new work initiatives through employee networking, involvement on cross-functional teams and assignments

To Land This Gig You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required.
6-9 years of experience in related job functions
Excellent communicator with highly developed verbal and written skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build team unity and inspire high performance, working with a diverse cross-functional group
Developing ability to think strategically and evaluate issues from multiple perspectives
Developing ability to manage multiple projects and define priorities
