Job Description :
The LPN working under the supervision of the Provider, is able to provide health care assistance to individual patients and families as instructed by the Provider; performs routine clinical procedures as directed by the Provider; participates in providing patient education; enters appropriate documentation into patients medical records; coordinates precertification for hospital stay and procedures; communicates with referring Providers; provides assistance to the Provider in the hospital OR, as necessary; assists with pharmacy requests; answers patient questions; performs other duties as needed.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Current LPN License with the State of Tennessee is required.
