Job Description :
Milosi is excited to announce the addition of a Landscape Material Handler position!
This position will report to our Hendersonville office each day at 6:40am. This position is a hands-on capacity with lifting, stooping, bending, and squatting while loading landscape material in and out of trucks. A valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Report will be required.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plan
Nursery upkeep and inventory
Delivering material, plants, and equipment to crews on-site as necessary
Picking up plants and job-related materials to store in the nursery and/or construction yard
Keeping the construction yard neat, clean, and tidy
Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills by following policies and procedures
Responsible for deliveries at the shop
Keeping inventory correct through proper receiving procedures
May perform other tasks either temporarily or permanently assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of foreman experience
Ability to drive truck and trailer safely
Driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to interact with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations

Working conditions

Required to work outdoors in all primary job functions

Physical requirements

Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting
Ability to lift 15-50 pounds frequently
Ability to lift 51-90 pounds occasionally
