Job Description
The IT Enterprise Applications Technology Manager optimizes the use of Current’s business applications and ensures we have the right applications with the right support structure to meet the needs of the business while ensuring alignment with Current’s strategic plan.
Responsibilities include:

Own the SAP ecosystem and drive problem management success for the enterprise application portfolio
Lead the asset rationalization efforts to ensure the enterprise application portfolio is in alignment with Current’s long-term business model.
Manage IT Enterprise Application vendor relationships to ensure they are creating positive experiences with business partners that include driving adoption and adherence to Current IT’s service management processes using awareness programs, metrics, policies, procedures and contractual terms and conditions
Update the business application portfolio database with the necessary data points to support business requirements and IT compliance along with a process to ensure data accuracy
Facilitate the review and update of the IT change management process and lead the CAB, ensuring relevant safeguards and controls exist to maintain an accurate and operational applications
Participate in the SAP ECC to S4 carve-in project, working with the project team to ensure business process alignment decisions support the project timeline
Optimize the use of Current’s core IT service management processes for all IT Enterprise Applications with our IT Teams and Vendors including incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, change management, configuration management, asset management, availability and continuity management, and service level management
Set and monitor performance metrics and quality standards for business applications with well-defined service level agreements across vendor engagements. Establish governance mechanisms such as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to monitor performance and address service level and service quality issues
Collaborate with the Current Infrastructure and Security IT teams for end-to-end IT service management processes related to service availability and continuity to ensure alignment with Business Continuity Plans·


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology focused on IT service management.
Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

SAP Basis experience preferred
ITSM practices
Project Management
Vendor Management
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Business Relationship Management
