Job Description :
The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) works to manage the introduction of new technology, features / functionality, processes, or policies that impact our client-facing teams (Sales and Client Success). The goal of implementation project management is equal parts change management, best practices, and business advocacy through clear communications and standard processes designed to lessen the disruption associated with continuously evolving product and service offerings. The IPMs will oversee a portfolio of managed updates that impact Sales and CS teams, ultimately providing both readiness and post-roll out assessments to help with the continuous improvement of our partner team’s release process.
Define and oversee change management program(s) designed to prepare Indeed’s internal service teams to successfully support client-facing teams during product, process, or policy updates
Ability to tailor success metrics to assess the impact of each implementation
Create regular reporting on adoption / implementation success and hold core team and partners teams accountable to those metrics
Orchestrate “lessons learned” post roll-out sessions for continuous improvement of change readiness
Who You Are
3+ Years Project Management experience. (PMP certification is a plus.)
Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
Demonstrated aptitude for continued learning and subject matter expertise on client relationship management (CRM) and / or customer experience (CX) tools as they are introduced to Indeed
Successful at getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metric driven decision making
Naturally compelled to utilize Lean principles of continuous improvement
Passion for process efficiency, detail oriented, and data-driven
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments to completion
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various departments and stakeholders
Direct experience working in all 3 core aspects of the client-facing business: Sales, Client Success, and Technical Services / Support
Project Management with technical service projects, product implementations and / or feature functionality release management
Experience with large-scale, global deployments and / or change management
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to Indeed locations (adhering to Covid related restrictions)

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

NYC Metro Area 74,000 – 100,000 USD per year
