KidsCare Home Health is looking for a customer service-oriented
Human Resource Coordinator. This role will perform a variety of human resource activities including new hire orientation, background checks, personnel file maintenance, policy compliance, and assist department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts Onboarding process for all new employees.
Maintains the integrity of employee personnel files. Ensures readiness for both internal and external audit.
Processes all employee data in HRIS.
Recommend new approaches and ideas for continual improvements in efficiencies and services.
Works closely with and in support of the Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Business Partner.
Acts as a backup to the Human Resources Manager.
Develops open and trusting relationships with all organizational team members.
Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Prior experience with HRIS. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
Two (2) years of prior human resources experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
