This account is part of the SodexoMAGIC portfolio of business. Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist II to support the Bristol Myers Squibb portfolio in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

SodexoMagic is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist II for Bristol Myers Squibb – Lawrenceville, New Jersey. This exciting position will report into the Senior Manager I, Field Manager and will support the on-site marketing needs at eight BMS sites in New Jersey, in addition to limited remote support of other sites in FL, MA, AZ & CA. The candidate must have high energy and the ability to be self-motivating. The candidate must also be team oriented, but can also work independently. The ability to multi-task and be flexible are also key. Attention to detail, great communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

The position will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to):

Identifying and clarifying internal/external customer needs and expectations, taking actions to ensure that SodexoMagic and customer goals are aligned and met

Implementing and deploying unit marketing programs to promote growth, customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Leads unit marketing plan development, implementation, communication and evaluation with analysis, and engagement
Creating and distributing monthly marketing calendars and supporting marketing collateral (Graphic design skills are necessary, with a working knowledge of Illustrator preferred)
Support on site teams with execution of monthly promotions
Maintaining marketing information on intranet, company, and/or client websites and digital strategies
Creating monthly wellness newsletter with the assistance of a Registered Dietitian
