Job Description :
Customer Service Representative -CSR- Call Center Representative.
This is an in office position located in Endicott, NY.

URGENTLY HIRING!!!
9:30am – 7:00pm 4 days a week (Sunday off, plus a second day off TBD)
Sat 8am-2pm
Additional OT required based on business needs.

$14.50/hr to start! Bilingual in Spanish start at $15.50/hr .
Permanent Position with 40/hr work weeks $$$

$500 Retention Bonus*
Overtime over 40 hrs/wk pays $21.75/hr, bilingual earns $23.25/hr!

Need 10-15 inbound Customer Service Agents

Successful candidates will work in a busy inbound call center serving NY E-ZPass Customers.

Skills and qualifications required:

Ability to communicate effectively

Interest in helping customers resolve problems

Willing and able to acquire skills required for this position

High School Diploma/GED is REQUIRED

Some computer knowledge preferred

Pass drug screening (illegal drugs, NO THC testing), and background check

Full attendance required during the paid training class

Additional Information:
4 WEEKS paid training MONDAY-FRIDAY 9am-6pm

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: 40/hr work weeks!

Retention Bonus – $500.00 after 90 days

New Hires

Candidates must successfully complete training in good standing.

Must pass exams and NO attendance call outs during training. (absences/tardy)

Continuous employment 90 days from first day of training.

No disciplinary warnings: (insubordination; cell phone; poor customer service; foul language and behavior violations).

Remain in standard for attendance at the end of 90 days.
