We’re always looking to add passionate personnel to our teams across the US.JOB SUMMARYThe Director of Corporate Management is a key leadership role responsible for improving, developing, and/or implementing the overall operational approach of JRM. The Director will provide continuous improvement agility initiatives targeting growth and expansion, profitability, and organizational and system efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Oversee the Company’s business operations and financial performance;
Establish, implement and communicate business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals;
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects and systems;
Identify and implement new processes, technologies and systems to improve operational efficiencies, company-wide standardization, and corporate development;
Provide market insights and strategic advice to leadership
Develop company-wide systems and KPIs to measure financial and other performance goals to promote a performance-based culture with visibility and accountability;
Improve reporting structure to ensure better practices are implemented for goals & performance management Design, manage and monitor systems of internal control for governing the organization;
Interpret financial results and provide guidance to key stakeholders;
Partner with departments to ensure that departmental decisions and plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, process and efficiency are set up in line with JRM’s brand vision with a multi-year roadmap focused on growth;
Establish policies and procedures that promote the company’s culture and vision;
Present results and analytics to the executive team and management, communicating achievements and areas in progress to successfully engage and enlist the resources needed from their end to accomplish goals;
Develop and leverage a deep and strong macroeconomic perspective of the construction industry.
At least 10 years of experience in a corporate strategy function is required of which at least 5 years should have been at a leadership level
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way
Strong personal initiative, good judgment, and outstanding ethics; desire to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
Solid business and financial acumen; understanding of fundamental principles of economics and finance
Outstanding problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinker
Proven ability to synthesize ideas and drive consensus across business units
