Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Compliance Officer of the U.S. Mutual Funds and Exchange-Traded Funds (“Funds”) with the administration and oversight of the Funds compliance program
Conduct periodic monitoring and testing of key compliance risks to the Funds and related policies, procedures, and controls
Conduct periodic due diligence reviews of Fund service providers
Assist with annual review of the Funds compliance program to determine adequacy and effectiveness
Assist with quarterly and annual reporting to the Funds Board of Trustees
Participate in various business and oversight committees and forums
Monitor regulatory developments and examinations impacting the Funds

Qualifications:

8+ years of related business, compliance, or other equivalent regulatory background
Knowledge of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, and the rules governing these products
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflow, and work independently
