Through the use of data and analytics, they create and deliver marketing campaigns or servicing messages through our websites, mobile apps, and paid media channels based on what is most valuable to the customer and prospect, leading to new client acquisition opportunities.
Main Responsibilities/Key Deliverables:
Primarily responsible for coordinating and consolidating budgeting, forecasting, monthly expense and headcount reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis across Asset & Wealth Management Marketing division globally
Particular focus on supporting the Senior Marketing Leadership Team, and marketing centers of excellence. Partner with marketing & events budget managers to drive prioritization of budgets, financial analyses informing marketing strategy, and organizational planning
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the AWM Marketing function, including vendor management, Digital marketing, brand management, data analytics, client event management, and channel/segment marketing support
Assist in financial analysis of key strategic priorities/projects across Marketing organization, including current projects: USPB acquisition campaign, geoexpansion opportunities, media strategy, and digital product development
Build knowledge of the underlying business drivers and financial metrics of Marketing division, and AM and PB lines of business
Maintain excellent relationships with finance & business management team members (P&A, Expense Team, Channel Finance, Regional Finance) and internal clients across AWM organization
Role Qualifications :
3+ years of relevant financial reporting experience
Bachelor’s Degree, Finance or Accounting preferred
Self – motivated and independent worker
Strong communication and presentation skills and confidence to work directly with senior managers in both the front office and finance
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a high pressure environment
Experience in reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis, and strong familiarity with Microsoft programs, including, but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint
Desire and ability to understand and effectively utilize MIS reporting systems
